We ship FREE worldwide from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. We ship our products with couriers as DPD, GLS, Post NL or UPS Standard or Express (depends on the country). All packages feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you. Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Any order placed on the Menuothebrand.com website and delivered outside of the EU territory, may be subject to taxes and customs duties when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are at the customer’s expense and under its responsibility. Menuo the Brand is not required to check and inform customers of customs duties and any applicable taxes. In order to know them, it is up to the customer to check with the relevant authorities of the country of delivery.
If You have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery. We are not able to accept returned items that are dirty, have been worn or have marks on a surface. All the returned products have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. All return shipment costs will be at the customer’s expense. If you wish to return your order you may send us an email hello [eta] menuothebrand.com.
The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received (max 2 business days). We recommend you get proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not do standard exchanges. For a new size, another model, or a different color, simply make a new order on our online store.
Menuo the Brand reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be send to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
We require a signature for all goods that are delivered. Acceptance of a delivery is your responsibility, please ensure that you or if you have specified a recipient (for example as a gift) are present at the delivery destination. We will not accept liability for any item(s) that have been delivered to the correct address but signed for by another party (for example a neighbor). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
